Quinton & Aubreana Carter make space for 10-15 pastors, leaders, or couples to be mentored at a high level. It does involve an application process that you can apply by emailing [email protected], let us know you're interested and we will send more details. ALL-IN Mentorship does have a high cost that involves personal access to Quinton & Aubreana, one-on-one coaching calls, a retreat, and much more.

Why "Young"? Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit as we are open to pastors and leaders in all spaces! You also do NOT have to only be in Youth or Young Adults ministry. “Young” in our perspective communicates “still growing” in aspects as a leader; and to be honest, we ALL should be “still growing”.

Why do you use the word "Shepherd"?

Because this is the leadership style of Jesus and best communicates how God instructs us to lead properly in every sphere given to us. As a parent, you're a shepherd. As a pastor, you're a shepherd. As a teacher, leader, business owner, etc - you are helping to shepherd those who God have put in your life for such a time as this.
